Shit like this is why I will never fly in an airplane. It simply isn't worth the constant disrespect and abuse.

    Lemmy user are a special breed of stupid, are you really going to take 2 weeks of your holidays to do a boat journey from the us to Europe when you can't even afford to take holidays?

    I will very likely have my own businesses and a college degree in the next few years, so yes. Financially I will likely be able to afford to.

    Even if not, if for whatever reason I needed to go to another continent, yes, I absolutely would make the time to do it even if I had to go on leave.

    I have too much self-respect not to and you all need to learn that you have to make sacrifices in order to have a better life.
