It had a grid of at least 20 trimpots for adjusting the picture on each of the tubes (RGB) and after 45min to an hour of warming up and tweaking it was an unbelievable picture. Then a 300v DC rail shorted to some logic level stuff and it caught fire :( permalink fedilink source parent
