This tracks with what we already know — Israel considers every Palestinian male to be "Hamas", therefore every one of them is a terrorist, therefore it's okay to indiscriminately murder them and anyone in their vicinity, who are also terrorists, otherwise why would they be hanging around Hamas? It's an easy way to equate every Palestinian with terrorism. There are no civilian Palestinians.
