There's a substantial amount of investment in education necessary and even then, immigration still doesn't counteract population ageing/shrinking. What I am seeing is that the more "intelligent" employer use the great replacement to get rid of unwanted people and WFH to attract good people that they could not normally have for a miriad of reasons.
