By that definition basically ever country is a terrorist. As it turns out history is very dark. You should be more specific instead of just using a vague word like "terrorist." Terrorism can used to justify questionable actions as shown though recent history.

I'm not American and there is too much muddying of the water for me to make any opinion about the conflict other than to say to participate on either side is unconscionable.
