They have alternatives to almost every US tech company, basically the only country with that kind of sovereignty on earth. Other countries should follow suit, and incentivize development of local alternatives. I’m from the US, but I can’t say I wouldn’t be glad to see people wean off US tech, it would be good for all of us. permalink fedilink source parent
