Just change your underwear daily, your undershirt (i.e. tshirt for most people) like every other day, and wash everything else when it gets noticably dirty. for bonus points try to get wool clothes, since that's slightly antimicrobial. You can actually get wool stuff that's comfortable against the skin, it just has to be made of the fibres from closer to the sheep's skin, which is more expensive. permalink fedilink source parent
