It's the best available option. Which IMO describes almost all apple products. They are FAR from perfect. They are absolutely overpriced. The support has gone WAY downhill. But for privacy, durability, build quality, longevity, performance, reliability, ease of use, interoperability, and yes; support, they are the best thing out there.
