I wanted to lose fat and replace with muscle, but the extent that I was losing it was kinda worrying as I was getting a little too skinny and not gaining any muscle mass, so I decided to call it quits and just eat what I want while still continuing the moderate amount of exercise I do daily. Edit: I should add that I'll still do IF a few times a week, but it's not going to be a daily thing like it used to be. Plan on still doing 2-3 times a week depending on energy levels. permalink fedilink source parent
