We could debate, but I think that on the contrary, it's what can keeps people without agendas in communities instead of quiting them. I keep curating the communities I like by downvoting content that should not be in these communities, and forget about it. If one post is controversial, I don't downvote it since the comments are interesting and I don't want it to be hidden.
