Price ranges from affordable to fairly expensive, but the product is worth it.
After always having Ikea or online order (Endy, Silk n Snow etc) mattresses, I finally upgraded. I just got delivery of my Model 9 and am very happy. Their customer service has been great.
The showroom has a giant glass wall that allows you to see their workshop and watch them build your mattress.
I don't get that vibe here. It's a mattress showroom, and the manufacturing space is large. They aren't working on your individual mattress specifically in all likelyhood. It takes a few weeks to get yours once you order. The workers I saw were relaxed and content from my perspective.
