Being able to use them wet is a bonus. The 8hr playback is good for me. They are quite hardy The lower sound quality and lower volume is not a problem for me, because it is at a passable level. I just looked it up and the shaver has an ifixit video on how to replace the battery. Looks like a 10-15 minute changeover.
