Resulted in a 5 second penalty for Hamilton and a new wing for Piastri.

I've said that for a while. Penalties for contact imo should start at 30 seconds, depending on the severity of the contact, and the immediate result. I think we'd see a lot less of this stupidity, and a stronger commitment to cleaner racing.
