I think we need RBweekly rule changes that they used to slow down mercedes, Of course Toto isn't as big of a toe rag as Horner was/is so that's not happening.

    And what exactly were these rule changes that were introduced to slow mercedesยฟ?

    It is true that horner used to bitch and moan a lot more than toto is now but no rules were changed to hurt mercedes directly other than the possible banning of DAS
