they do start growing pretty much immediately, especially on injections. mine started hurting and developing breast buds in a week or two i think. early enough that i forget when exactly. they wont be very big for them but i know for me having literally any boob was amazing.

My experience is that milk glands/ducts will be noticeable in ~2 weeks, and will basically be finished growing in a few months. The fat that makes up the majority of the mass is what takes years to collect.

Nope, they're really starting to do something, who knows if I'll just get a short burst then a slow down or if this growth is going to continue though.
