Not Cosori, or maybe ours is defective. Had a Cuisinart one that made the best sweet potato fries from scratch fast, but a switch in it went defective, apparently common breakdown and very difficult to fix.
Finally saw a good one in the wild.
We definitely do not look at any Teams activity data - SMB environment though

Can’t remember what podcast they discussed this on, but prevalence of stick shift in Europe was one of the theorized factors.
Same for Midwest, in my experience.
